MixEd's Services
MixEd is a not-for-profit organisation.
Where possible, we try to do this work pro-bono; but at times we may need to charge our day-rate, to release us in term-time and request costs (accommodation / travel).
Public Speaking/Panel Debates
Marcus and Louise are both available to speak about MixEd and the unique lens being mixed heritage brings to race equality work. It is important that mixed-race people have a seat at any table. We are sadly often overlooked or diminished.
Consultation, Training and Coaching
We can provide consultation to your organisation, to ensure your policies and practices are anti-racist, inclusive and create a sense of belonging for all.
We can work with you in a variety of ways, to suit your needs. This can be done virtually or face-to face.
- Creating an anti-racism road map.
- Quality assuring your existing systems.
- Curriculum work to ensure representation is embedded.
- Facilitation of staff working groups.
- Anti-racism training for staff and students.
- Training and coaching for global majority staff, to support representation at leadership level.
Networking
We have a fantastic, friendly network at MixEd. We meet online once a month to discuss and support each other.
